If canceled within the 12-hour window, a deduction will be made to cover non-recoverable operational costs like gateway fees, packaging, logistics, etc.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first is strictly prohibited and will result in:

  • Legal action under IPC fraud laws

  • Blacklisting across partnered platforms
