At Allelectronics, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the guidelines for returns, refunds, and order cancellations.
1. 30-Day Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 30-day return window for most products, starting from the date your order is delivered.
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item: We will arrange for a free return and offer a full refund or a replacement. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Change of Mind / Product No Longer Needed: You may return the product within 30 days. The item must meet the return conditions outlined below.
2. Return Conditions
For a return to be eligible, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Original Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: The item must be in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, cables, and promotional materials.
- Proof of Purchase: A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation must be included with the return.
Exclusions: Due to the nature of some electronics, items like software licenses, products with seals broken, or items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
3. The Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how and where to send the product.
- Packaging: Please ensure the product is securely packaged (ideally in the original shipping box) to prevent damage during transit. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- For Defective / Damaged / Incorrect Item: Shipping cost is borne by Allelectronics (We will arrange the pickup or provide a prepaid label). No restocking fee.
- For Change of Mind / No Longer Needed: Shipping cost is borne by the Customer. A restocking fee may apply (see Section 5).
5. Restocking Fee
Allelectronics reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for non-defective items that are returned due to a change of mind, if they require significant testing, repackaging, or cannot be resold as new.
- The restocking fee will be clearly communicated to you upon requesting the return and will be deducted from your final refund amount.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your bank statement may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order according to the following guidelines:
A. Free Cancellation Period
- An order can be fully cancelled for a complete refund if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Please contact us immediately via email or phone to ensure your request is received before processing begins.
B. Cancellation After 12 Hours (Processing Fee Applies)
- Cancellation requests received between 12 and 24 hours after the order is placed are subject to a cancellation charge.
- This charge covers the effort and resources already invested in preparing your order (e.g., initial picking, testing, packaging, and paperwork generation).
- The cancellation charge will be calculated as a percentage of the order value and will be deducted from your refund. Our team will inform you of the exact amount upon request.
C. No Cancellation After 24 Hours (or after Dispatch)
In this case, you will need to wait for the order to be delivered and then follow the Standard 30-Day Return Policy (which may incur return shipping costs and a restocking fee).
